Luc Leblanc

President & CEO

Luc Leblanc serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Orthogone Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for executing the strategic vision for the company’s growth strategy.

Mr. Leblanc brings more than 25 years of global management experience in high-tech industries, including business development, sales and technology. Prior to founding Orthogone Technologies in 2007, he worked at Harris Corporation, an international communication and information technology company, where he served as engineering manager of the software development group.

Mr. Leblanc is an active member of the Québec Technology Association (AQT), where he shares his expertise on management strategies, business development and human resources best practices.

Mr. Leblanc is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from École de Technologie Supérieure.

Alexandre Raymond

Chief Technology Officer

Alexandre Raymond serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Orthogone Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for driving the vision of Orthogone’s research and development activities as well as the development of technologies and intellectual property in collaboration with Orthogone’s clients.

Mr. Raymond brings with him more than 20 years of high technology management and design experience. Prior to founding Orthogone Technologies in 2007, he worked at Harris Corporation, an international communication and information technology company, where he served as engineering manager of the hardware development group. Prior to his position at Harris Corporation, Mr. Raymond held various technical positions at Nortel Networks and Canadian Marconi Company (CMC).

Mr. Raymond holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal (University of Montréal). He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Quebec Order of Professional Engineers (OIQ).

Cyrille Remigereau

Chief Operating Officer

Cyrille Remigereau became Chief Operating Officer of Orthogone Technologies in March 2018. As COO, he is responsible for the company-wide operation and allocating people and resources. He provides substantial strategic direction for Orthogone’s workforce and budget while ensuring Orthogone has the proper resources to fulfill its critical work to deliver successful projects to its client base.

Before Orthogone Technologies, he worked at Ultra Electronics, a world-leading group of businesses operating in the Defence & Aerospace, Security & Cyber, Transport and Energy markets, where he served as director of engineering. Before his position at Ultra Electronics, Mr. Remigereau held various management positions at Wavesat and Harris Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Superieure d’Electronique de L’Ouest and an MBA from HEC Montreal (University of Montreal).
